We have been working with Synchronize for nearly a year now between all five of our stores. The initial implementation of the inventory management system on all 1200 of our vehicles was a massive undertaking, however their team of professionals ensured a seam-less process while also dedicating plenty of time to train our entire staff on the system. Their commitment to our group since has not wavered. Brandon and Drake are extremely responsive and frequently make trips to all of our stores to ensure Synchronize is operating efficiently and our Sales and Finance teams are equipped to sell the system. The Synchronize software and mobile app are very useful to our day-to-day operations, provides incredible benefits to our customers, and has affected our group’s bottom line in a big way.
