Brandon Bell

After graduating high school in 2007, Brandon answered the call to service by joining the United States Marine Corps. During his 8 years of service in the active reserves, he attended Iowa State University, where he received his finance degree. Directly after graduation, he was hired by Ethos Group, and spent the next 4 years as a finance manager and then director. During this time, he helped effective routing processes and a customer-oriented sales approach that doubled the finance department's production. It was here where he identified the huge need for quality training and personnel development at the dealership level. Together, with his partners, Synchronize Income Development was formed, partnering with the industry-leading provider of reinsurance providers. Their combined focus has become building wealth for their dealers, implementing compliant and ethical standards, and providing the dealership's customers a world-class ownership experience.

Drake Miller

Graduating from Iowa State University with a Mechanical Engineering degree, Drake began his career in account management with ABB, a multinational corporation specializing in power and automation technology.  After four years with ABB, Drake made the bold decision to leave behind the corporate world and joined a small tech firm specializing in GPS tracking technology.  Through hard work and success with a variety of talents, he earned his growth within the organization from Marketing and E-commerce Manager to Business Development Manager and finally Regional Account Director.  Throughout his career, Drake has developed the essential skills necessary for maintaining a high level of service for clients while maximizing efficiencies within an organization.  This attitude has fostered a customer-first culture within our company while driving the importance of results and accountability.

Dave Paz

With twelve plus years at various management levels in the retail auto industry, Dave lends experience in all facets of day-to-day sales operations.  While earning a B.S. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, the importance of legal compliance in operating a business became exceedingly clear and he has brought that focus to Synchronize Income Development.  Dave has proudly attended industry-leading training seminars, classes and conferences absorbing real-world success stories to implement for our clients.

Eric Edsen

Upon graduation at Iowa State University, Eric worked as a financial controller at one of the world’s largest construction companies for 3 years before pursuing an opportunity in the retail auto industry as a finance manager.  After consistently ranking as the top producer, Eric made his way to being the finance director, coordinating all Finance departments for the organization before joining Synchronize Income Development in March of 2017 as the Chief Financial Officer.
